Hi there, my wife and I will be moving up to Cape Cod for a job, the first week in May 2020 to September 12, 2020. We are looking for a rental, as we begin a search to buy a house when we get up there. It will be just us for most of the time, so a one bedroom is ok, but our two sons in college may come to stay with us for a couple weeks. We don’t have a lot of requests, other than that the place has a washer and dryer.

Hello. We are all family, all adults, looking for a 2020 summer rental, one week, any time between 7/5 thru 8/12.  We have a small 10-pound, therapy certified dog who is a non-shedding breed/hypoallergenic.  Looking to have a week of R&R, prefer a water view or waterfront/ocean beach (not a pond or river).  A path from the house that leads to the beach is fine if less than 1/2 mile walk.  Must be a very clean, modern kitchen, comfortable home.  Thank you so much for your help!

My husband Tim & I, along with our 2 small dogs (Callie & Kenzie) have been vacationing on the cape for many summers, and are interested in a summer rental for July through August 2020. I’m a teacher in Concord, MA during the school year, but may have an opportunity to teach and tutor at the cape next summer. My husband works in technical writing, so will have the option to telecommute some days.
