My husband Tim & I, along with our 2 small dogs (Callie & Kenzie) have been vacationing on the cape for many summers, and are interested in a summer rental for July through August 2020. I’m a teacher in Concord, MA during the school year, but may have an opportunity to teach and tutor at the cape next summer. My husband works in technical writing, so will have the option to telecommute some days. I will be on the island, looking to kayak (close to bayside), shark viewing, biking, beachcombing. Will have car. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach (up to 1/2 mile away), if you provide bike and /or kayak, all the better.
