The property needed to have Air conditioning, BBQ/gas grill, Cable/Satellite TV, Deck/porch/patio, Internet/Wifi, Washer/dryer, Dishwasher and be Close to beach, On the beach, Water view.

We’re hoping you are able to help us out with a rental for this summer the week July 24-July 31.

The vacation we are planning is is for my mother and her 4 adult children with their spouses.

Our mother is in her 90’s and cannot walk more than 500” to the beach. So, very close proximity to the beach is crucial. 

We are looking for:
-a single house
-a minimum of 5 bedrooms
-3 baths
-ample living areas for 9 adults
-ocean view (or water view of the ocean)
-amenities including: AC; W/D; grill;

During these times of Covid, I prefer a property with a little elbow room. No need to be part of a group setting or community. Will also need a flexible cancellation policy. A kitchen for cooking most meals at home is required.
