Hi,
We are locals who rent yearly. We have been in the same house for three years, but I am looking for a rental because our landlord uses the house for nine days in July, so we have to pack up and leave.
This happens each summer and we are still responsible for paying our rent in July, minus his “oro-rate” so, I am here hoping someone has something we can rent. We need to be in hyannis or West/South Yarmouth so we are close to both our places of employment (UPS (supervisor) and the Dockside) any help would be greay appreciated!
We have our landlord and the owner we rented from last year as references!

We stayed in Eastham last year and loved it. We had a private beach and the area was lovely. We are looking for a beach that is more secluded and shark free . We are a family who loves the beach and takes good care of the places we stay. Looking for somewhere not too expensive that would accommodate. We are open to other weeks and 4-5 bedrooms. Thank you

Walking distance to a village would be ideal. Dates are just a guess. Could be longer. Looking for a summer home to escape Texas heat, but we’re renting first to see if we like the location.
