Hello-we were recently notified by the owner of the rental property that we had booked a couple months ago that they were cancelling all of their rentals for this summer.  We are obviously disappointed by this and are having trouble finding availability for anything comparable.  Looking for a beachfront rental on a private or quiet beach, 2+ bedrooms, and dates can be flexible in late July or early/mid-August.  Budget is $4500 for the week including taxes/fees.

I am looking for a house that is within walking distance to the beach, and it must allow pets. I need it to sleep at least 6 adults, but we are willing to go bigger if that is necessary.

Looking for a 7 day rental (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday is fine) 7/31-8/7 or 8/1-8/8. Prefer to stay in Chatham or Orleans as that is where we have other family members staying but wouldn’t rule out nearby towns. 2 families travelling together with children. so would need 2 bedrooms with queen or king beds and 1 or more additional bedrooms to sleep 4 kids. Need at least 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning is a must. Either a water view or walkable to downtown or walkable to a beach would be great.
