As a child we used to go to Pilgrim Pines in Brewster every summer. I haven’t had a vacation on Cape Cod in close to 30 years and we would like to share this experience with our now adult children

We’ve been vacation renters on the Cape for many years, prefer Truro or Wellfleet, can also stay in P-town. We are a (not wealthy) sibling group, some of our grown kids join us. We have two small, well behaved, mellow middle aged dogs who have never been a problem (we used to have a dog we had tp leave at home, we know the difference). We are not big party people, we go to the beach, we lounge at home, we cook a lot and clean up rigorously. We savor the time together, go for walks, kayaking, ride bikes. If there is a midnight meteor shower some of us will head out to the beach. There is nothing rowdy about us.

The property needed to have Air conditioning, BBQ/gas grill, Cable/Satellite TV, Deck/porch/patio, Internet/Wifi, Linens included, Washer/dryer, Dishwasher, Pet friendly, Family friendly and be On the beach, Water view, Waterfront.

We are two mature adults ( 65 and 62) with grown, married daughters, and one grandson who shall be 9 months old during our stay. 7 in all. Our ideal vacation home would be TWO weeks in AUGUST 2021, ON water—either ocean, bay, or lake ( no ponds, please) We also need air conditioning, and a well equipped kitchen. We want a deck and/or backyard. We prefer modern furnishings, but can be flexible if they are clean, stylish and comfortable.  Finally, we need a pet friendly rental for our Cavapoo Phoebe, who is calm and very well trained. She does not shed, nor is she destructive in any way. At 7 years old, she mostly likes to cuddle. We have rented at the Cape for years and years, and love it all.
