The property needed to have Air conditioning and be On the beach, Water view, Waterfront.

We are open to any area on Cape. Party of 13, 10 adults and 3 older kids. Anxious to book ASAP for week of July 12th or July 19th week. Ideally we’d love a pool on on water or waterview. We can also split up in two houses if near each other. If so, one house would be 9 and the other 4. Please let us know if anything comes up. Ideal Price range $4,500-$6,500. Thank you kindly.
