The property needed to have Pet friendly and be Close to beach, On the beach, Private setting, Water view, Waterfront.

I have been renting cottages on the Cape for the past 6 years. To me, its my second home as I have been visiting regularly since I was a child. I am currently trying to book a weekly cottage for summer 2014 suitable for a family of 8? It would be Myself, my husband, our four children ages 13, 11, 9 & 8; also my parents who accompany us each year with their two sweet, well behaved doggies. We are on a tight budget this year and would like to stay in the 2500 range. A late August rental would be ideal for us. Could you kindly go over your pricing, pet policies, etc. I am extremely interested in finding that perfect Cape Cod vacation spot we can return to year after year. Thank you.
