The vacationer was looking for a place that Sleeps 6 with 3 Bedrooms in Barnstable, Brewster, Bourne, Chatham, Dennis, Falmouth, Harwich, Mashpee, Orleans, Sandwich, Yarmouth, Not sure, would like recommendation during the week of August 23 - August 30 2025. The property needed to have Deck/porch/patio, Internet/Wifi, Washer/dryer and be Close to beach, Private setting.
They also specified the following:
Our top priority is a quiet secluded location in a family friendly town. We would love to be close to nature - a marsh, etc. Within walking distance to the beach is important; our daughter and husband will have a one-year old in a stroller. We would need high chair and crib availability/rental. Access to biking or hiking trails would be lovely. We could accommodate the week before - August 16-23 - if the right house was available, but we prefer the quieter less crowded week of August 23-30.
Clean and well-maintained features are important. We definitely need 3 bedrooms, but 4 bedrooms would also be fine. Our daughter and her family will be flying in from London, so we would prefer not to be too far out on the Cape so as to make their commute from the airport easier.
