The property needed to have BBQ/gas grill, Deck/porch/patio, Internet/Wifi, Outdoor shower, Washer/dryer, Pet friendly and be Close to beach, Private setting, Water view.
They also specified the following:
We’ve been vacation renters on the Cape for many years, prefer Truro or Wellfleet, can also stay in P-town. We are a (not wealthy) sibling group, some of our grown kids join us. We have two small, well behaved, mellow middle aged dogs who have never been a problem (we used to have a dog we had tp leave at home, we know the difference). We are not big party people, we go to the beach, we lounge at home, we cook a lot and clean up rigorously. We savor the time together, go for walks, kayaking, ride bikes. If there is a midnight meteor shower some of us will head out to the beach. There is nothing rowdy about us.
