I am looking for a rental for the month of July and/or Aug. I have a little flexibility on exact check in/check out dates. I am open to towns, just want close proximity to a beach - less than 1/2 a mile. I am ready to book if the price is right. Ideally looking for $1000-1200/week or no more than $5000/month, out the door including all fees. I am a professional working mom that will have my 2 daughters (9 & 10) with me half the time.
