I am not very picky. Would LOVE a screened porch if possible. Will have some friends/family come and go, but never more than 4-5 people at a time. Minimum 2 beds and 2 baths. Most important right now is the cancellation policy. I do not want to lose a lot of money if the current situation prevents travel into this summer.
