The property needed to have Air conditioning, BBQ/gas grill, Cable/Satellite TV, Deck/porch/patio, Internet/Wifi, Linens included, Washer/dryer, Dishwasher and be Close to beach, On the beach, Water view, Waterfront.
They also specified the following:
Need at least 2 bathrooms. Need at least 2 bedrooms with queen or king beds. Need at least 1 bedroom with 2 beds (3rd bedroom). Don’t particularly care for bunk beds. No sofa beds. This is for a group of 7 adults (3 couples and 1 single) all one family - 3 generations. Coming to see son/brother/grandson play in cape cod league. Linens are important - don’t want to have to drag them on an airplane.
