Non-drinker, non-smoker, no drugs, not a party person, quiet, and mature. I am an RA at the Rochester Institute of Technology in western NYS. Prefer private bathroom but not required. Need access to kitchen for meal preparation. Near Main Street and bus route. Space for my bicycle.
