This Cape Cod vacation rental request was posted on July 21, 2014. The vacationer was looking for a place that Sleeps 3 with 1 Bedroom in Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Harwich, Yarmouth during the week of August 23 - August 30 2014. The property needed to have Family friendly and be Not sure, would like recommendation.
They also specified the following:
*We have a toddler, so we would like a place that is kid-friendly.
*While we would prefer to stay more Mid/Lower-cape so we are centralized to everything, we are open to options on Outer-Cape (up to Wellfleet) and as well.
*WiFi would be nice, but is not necessary.
*Location preferences: Quiet, but not too far from a major route (6A, 6 or 28 preferably).
*Non-smoking is necessary.
*Pet-free is preferable.
*Washer/dryer would be nice, but not a necessity, as would included linens.
*Other than that, our requirements are minimal!
