The property needed to have Air conditioning, Cable/Satellite TV, Deck/porch/patio, Linens included, Washer/dryer, Family friendly and be Not sure, would like recommendation.
They also specified the following:
We are two moms with two young boys a piece who are looking for a few days near the beach with the kids. A comfortable family friendly home with all the amenities. One queen bed I and my boys can stay in, and for my friend possibly the same for her and her sons. Ideally, it would be nice to be on the beach with a deck overlooking the beach, but cost is important to us as well. Not looking to break the bank!
