We are two families looking for a summer vacation home to rent and enjoy for the week of August 12-19. They are 4 adults, 3 preteens, and 3 children. We want to be close to the beach but not necessary to be on it. We need air conditioning, a grill and wifi. Our budget is limited to a max of $1600 for the week.
