Looking for a house in Orleans, a nice out door space is nice, patio, deck, yard. AC is nice to have, doesn’t have to be close to Nauset Beach, but thats nice as well.

We are from Montréal, Québec, Canada. We will be 2 families travelling with young adults. On the beach needed at a reasonable price. Near a nice town and sand beach not rocks. Could be from the 4th until the 11th of July or the 11th of July until the 18th.
