7 are all family - 2 children(1 & 4 ), parents, grandparents & aunt ... away from very busy streets & safe yard for kids to play in a major plus ... house with “cape vacation” feel ( vs year round house which could be in Framingham ) ... also, not too far from beaches, eating places, etc. ... know the area pretty well
