Hey, we have been renting on the cape for over 30 years now. We tow a small boat for clamming and fishing. That is all we do. So we are really basically cooking and sleeping at the house. But we are all adults so we need some space. The property we rented for the last 4 yrs. is under construction and we don’t have an answer if it will be available next summer. so just looking around. Need parking for at least 3 cars . we bring kayaks and sometimes an even smaller boat comes up with my son. We like to go out of pleasant bay or Snows landing area. We keep our rental very very clean!
