Looking for 4 week August rental that I can do every year.  Just lost the one I had for almost 12 years to the owner retiring and using it now.  I clean thoroughly and keep the place in great shape.  My previous owner will be a good reference if need.  I am flexible with amenities but would like parking and wifi/internet the most as I often work remotely when I am there. I need something in the $700 a week range.
