Furnished room for the summer for scientific photographer (college junior) assisting researchers at WHOI starting May 29 through August 18th.  Non-drinker, non-smoker, no drugs, not a party person, quiet, and mature.  I am an RA at the Rochester Institute of Technology in western NYS.  Prefer private bathroom but not required.  Need access to kitchen for meal preparation.  Near Main Street and bus route.  Space for my bicycle.

We are two families looking for a summer vacation home to rent and enjoy for the week of August 12-19. They are 4 adults, 3 preteens, and 3 children. We want to be close to the beach but not necessary to be on it. We need air conditioning, a grill and wifi. Our budget is limited to a max of $1600 for the week. My husband and I hav 3 daughters, twin 21 year olds and a 23 year old. My sister and her husband have a 21year old daughter and 20 year old son. My other sister and her husband want to bring their dog. The dog has been in dog shows and is very well behaved. We are also bringing our elderly mother. We would take 2 houses within walking distance of each other. We want 4 bedrooms for the adults and the 5 kids can be in a couple of rooms together. Thank you!
