Our ideal Cape Cod stay is to spend a week with our family in the Orleans-Eastham-Welfleet-Truro area. We have all spent time in this area and love the access to the beaches, shopping and dining. We would prefer an open-concept layout with an outdoor area for entertainment and dining. A grill and an outdoor shower are necessities
We would need at least five bedrooms and ideally, 2 full+ bathrooms and linens would be included.

I am looking for a beachfront rental for 4 adults and 1 child. House or cottage preferred, no condos. Any town, as long as it is beachfront or directly across the street from beach. Bedroom AC is a must. Ideally for the week of July 10-17, but I can do any Saturday-Saturday rental in the month of July. Maximum 3200 weekly rate.
