The property needed to have Air conditioning, BBQ/gas grill, Family friendly and be Close to beach, On the beach, Private setting, Water view, Waterfront.
We have little preference where in the Cape we are based, it is all so beautiful. Close to beach or pond to swim would be great but not essential.
