We are looking for a large summer rental for a family of 5, 2 adults & 3 children, with extended out of town family visiting during the week.  It would be ideal to be on or near the beach, somewhat quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, etc.  A home that has at least 4 bedrooms would be wonderful.  Not all family would be staying at the same time.  An outdoor deck or patio with a gas grill and/or a front porch would be perfect.
