Family friendly,6 adults and two boys 7 and 9 included. Would like access to beach or near beach-either bay, pond or ocean. Would lie a yard where boys can play ball. Three bedrooms should have either king or queen beds.

Never visited this area before my wife and I along with my mother 81yrs old.  single story or elevator.  Suggest away.

We are coming from England for a week’s vacation on Cape Cod - we would ideally love somewhere on the beach but sufficiently close to amenities that our daughters (17,11,9) could cycle there and have a degree on independance !
