Looking for a house in Orleans, a nice out door space is nice, patio, deck, yard. AC is nice to have, doesn’t have to be close to Nauset Beach, but thats nice as well.

My sons went to Cape Cod Sea Camps and we have spent more than 20 years vacationing on the Cape. I am now able to work from “home” which means I can spend the entire summer there. I may bring my 92 year old father with us so the house needs to be accessible. I also have a mini dachshund who is 12 years old and only wants to cuddle.
